Two reconstructive demonstrations called "Liberation of 1945 — Trebic" were held in Trebic with an interval of one year.

In 2012, in addition to the enemy in the face of the Red Army, we were faced with unfavorable weather, which slightly heated our camp on the eve of the demonstration and drove us out of the tents to the neighboring former Baa factory, where we spent the night.
The morning dawn painted everything in much more favorable colors, and in anticipation of the abundant participation of those interested in military history, we quickly dried our equipment and weapons. It should be noted that our friends from the Soviet Army found themselves in a similar situation. After reviewing the scenario, before the demonstration, we pleased the eager visitors with an airsoft shooting range, where they could shoot exact replicas of antique weapons, among which were the most famous samples, as well as one rarity — the Maxim machine gun.
This event was gratefully received by the visitors, especially the children. Shortly before the demonstration, we were all fully prepared for the battle for one unnamed city and the adjacent factory... As history shows, the Red Army managed to liberate the city, despite our fanatical defense. This was especially true of SS weapons.
A year later, the sun was shining, but bad luck still clung to us. On the way to Trebic, we were deceived by technology in the form of a beautifully restored Steyr 1500 overflow wagon. Well, trouble doesn't go to the mountains...
In the morning, however, we knocked and drove in a civilian car towards Trebic, where the enemy was already eagerly waiting for us, this time in the form of guys from the US Army, behind whom stood both the British Air Force and the original Sherman tank. Several good pieces of equipment are helping, among which the German Panther tank literally shone. These unique items were added to the event by friends from Poland.
The abundant participation of technology and people promised a truly spectacular battle, and judging by the audience's reaction, it undoubtedly was. After the demonstration, we learned from the organizers that these exceptional events are taking place in Trebic for the last time. However, the promise for the future is the fact that the organizer is planning a larger demonstration closer to our region next year. This year, for the first time in history, a team outside the reconnaissance battalion managed to win the commander's cup for first place.
